Delicious FroYo Nutter Cups: Cool treats for hot flashes and snack attacks.

Looking for a cool, creamy treat that feels indulgent but still supports your hormone health? These frozen yogurt peanut butter cups are your new go-to snack!

š„š«Made with protein-rich Greek yogurt, natural peanut butter, and topped with a silky layer of antioxidant-packed dark chocolateā theyāre the perfect little bites to keep in your freezer. Sweet, savoury and oh-so satisfying!
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Plan Greek Yogurt š„£ 
- 1/4 cup Natural Peanut Butter š„ 
- 1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup š 
- 1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed š± 
- 1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips š« 
- 1/2 Tsp Coconut Oil š„„ 
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, stir together the yogurt, peanut butter, ground flax and maple syrup 
- Drop a 1/2 tbsp in a silicon cup and place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes until firm..it will make 10 cups 
- Once the yogurt mixture is chilled, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave.. 30 seconds at a time 
- Drizzle over each cup then return cups to the freezer for at least an hour till set 
- Pop out of molds and keep in air tight container in the freezer. Enjoy!
