Looking for a cool, creamy treat that feels indulgent but still supports your hormone health? These frozen yogurt peanut butter cups are your new go-to snack!

🥜🍫Made with protein-rich Greek yogurt, natural peanut butter, and topped with a silky layer of antioxidant-packed dark chocolate— they’re the perfect little bites to keep in your freezer. Sweet, savoury and oh-so satisfying!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup Plan Greek Yogurt 🥣
1/4 cup Natural Peanut Butter 🥜
1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup 🍁
1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed 🌱
1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips 🍫
1/2 Tsp Coconut Oil 🥥
Directions:
In a medium bowl, stir together the yogurt, peanut butter, ground flax and maple syrup
Drop a 1/2 tbsp in a silicon cup and place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes until firm..it will make 10 cups
Once the yogurt mixture is chilled, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave.. 30 seconds at a time
Drizzle over each cup then return cups to the freezer for at least an hour till set
Pop out of molds and keep in air tight container in the freezer. Enjoy!
