Service Description
A virtual follow up *Must be booked after 1st Assessment* Food diary review: Analyzing the client's food log to identify areas for further improvement and make personalized suggestions. Reviewing progress: Discussing how well the client has adhered to the nutrition plan, tracking changes in food intake, and assessing any noticeable improvements in health and energy levels. Addressing challenges: Identifying obstacles the client encountered while making dietary changes, such as social situations, cravings, or meal planning difficulties, and brainstorming strategies to overcome them. Goal adjustments: Evaluating if initial goals are still appropriate or if adjustments are needed based on progress and client feedback. Providing support: Offering encouragement, motivational techniques, and addressing any concerns the client may have about their nutrition plan.
Cancellation Policy
Lateness/No Show Policy: It is required that sessions start on schedule. A session will be forfeited if you arrive 10 or more minutes late for our pre-arranged session. Unless prior arrangements have been made with the nutritionist, clients who arrive after their scheduled session has begun will only receive the time that is left. If the nutritionist is running late, the client shall be owed back the missed time at a time suitable to both the nutritionist and the client. Cancellation Policy: Please contact the nutritionist by phone, email, and/or other mutually agreed-upon means of communication at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to show up for a scheduled session; failing to do so will result in full payment for the session. At the nutritionists discretion, modifications may be made and appointments may be rescheduled. A session is owed to the client if the nutritionist cancels it. Expiration Policy: Packages and nutritionist sessions must be used within 120 days of the purchase date. After this time, nutritionist sessions and packages become invalid. There is no transferability for any sessions or packages. Refund Policy: Packages and nutritionist sessions are not refundable. Exceptions may be made in extenuating circumstances. Complaints Policy: If for any reason you are unhappy with the nutritionist, you may transfer to another nutritionist at any given time (if one is available). In all circumstances, any sessions used with the previous nutritionist remain used. The nutritionist cannot prescribe treatment or diagnose medical conditions. They may at any time ask to consult with your doctor should any mental health or medical condition arise.
